Natural Park Resort, Pattaya, Jomtien Beach Rd. At the first time I booked this hotel, I m not sure that there will be an actual Natural Park Resort located in Jomtien Pattaya but after I arrived the hotel, I was very surprised that the surroundings of the hotel are full of big trees - green, clean and very quiet - I love it. But the facilities in the room I stayed (210) were not completed : Bathtub, soap container, towels/clothes hanger. Swimming Pool is also very nice. Breakfast is good. |

Natural Park Resort, Pattaya, Jomtien Beach Rd. We have been to Thailand a lot of times and the staff at this hotel was the first we have met with no hospitality at all. Very unpleasant arriving. Rooms were old, not very clean, the air-condition is very old and makes a lot of noise. Garden was beautiful and pool was great. Hotel lies quite far from any bigger stores, but mini bus transfer works well. |

Natural Park Resort, Pattaya, Jomtien Beach Rd. the garden and the pool are very nice! the rooms are big enough and the aircon is super. our room was not well smelling. the staff was not helpful and unkindly. the breakfast was very bad.also the location is far away from pattaya and also from main jomtien beach. also the hotel itself is very big and need to walk appr. 5 minutes from the main street to the room. will not come back. |

Natural Park Resort, Pattaya, Jomtien Beach Rd. Very Very Disappointing, we were recommende to go there by my sister who had stayed there in 2004. There myst have been a change of management as the place was a shambles. we choice a garden suite and on arrival, we were expecting the usually high standard of greeting you get in Thialand. The reception staff were rude and unfriedly and just could nopt be bothered. Our room was right at the back of the hotel and althiough the gardens were pleasnat, the suite was far from pleasing. Dirty bed linen on arrival, many items mussing from the mini bar which were charged to us later!!! NO hot water. Lamps shades stained and bulbs missing. no plugs in bath or sink, stains on settee in lounge. No bath or hand towells. we immedialey contacted recetion to tell them of the problems and it took 3 days to sort out. We left on new years day, BUT STILL NO HOT WATER. I would not recommend this place. The complulsory gala dinner which was a shambles, and it is the worst hotel i have stayed in Thailand; |
